Research
The Department of Environmental Science is focused on various research directions that contribute to understanding the interaction between man and nature and help to solve current environmental problems. The Department consists of eight groups of research and study and research support units: Centre for Environmental and Natural Process Research; Environmental Quality Monitoring and Technology Group; Centre for Socio-Ecological Systems Managment; Centre for Use and Protection of Natural Resources; Environmental Chemistry Laboratory; Soil Research Laboratory; National Centre of Forest and Water Research (NAFWA); Center for Environment and Education for Sustainable Development.
