On March 12 the Faculty of Science and Technology hosted a seminar of the development strategy of the faculty. Representatives from all 16 departments and institutes, as well as members of the student council of the faculty, met at the House of Nature, Academic Center of UL and had active discussions about the future of the faculty.

During the seminar, a SWOT analysis (S - strengths, W - weaknesses, O - opportunities, T - threats) of the faculty's science and study development was conducted for the needs of the faculty's development strategy. The future development prospects of the faculty were assessed. The strengths and weaknesses of the activities of departments and institutes were assessed, defining the necessary actions and tasks to be performed for future development. The faculty's recognition at the national and international levels, as well as the potential for scientific excellence, were also assessed.
