It is an internationally recognised career education programme that provides pupils with practical and comprehensive insight into various professions. Shadow Day has been held in Latvia since 2001\, and each year more than 35\,000 pupils participate\, exploring different career paths and receiving valuable guidance for their future.\nThe programme successfully integrates career education into the school curriculum\, encouraging young people to think about their future and understand the expectations of the labour market. By fostering cooperation between schools\, society\, and workplaces\, Shadow Day supports young people in their transition into professional life.\nIn Latvia\, “Shadow Day” is a registered trademark of JA Latvia (No. M50657).
